What I liked

The clinical care was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and thorough.

What could be improved

I had to wait quite a long time at the urgent care centre.

I went to the Urgent Care Centre as I had been told by NHS Direct to see a doctor ASAP about a chest infection. I was diagnosed with asthma at Burnley General, and was given good advice and appropriate medicine, and was sent for a chest X-ray to ensure I had the proper diagnosis. I couldn't complain about the level of care that I received.
