Long wait for results of scan

"Long wait for results of scan"

About: Basildon University Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

CT Colonography was told to be at hospital at 8am in late July 2014. On arrival no one was on reception until 9am so waste of time getting there at 8am.

Six weeks on and still no results of CT Scan. is this normal.
