"Very professional - fantastic"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

My son was referred to A&E at QE hospital from Queen Mary's. We had a letter from QM so skipped through triage. The nurses and doctors were very good, getting everything sorted quickly and painlessly. There were no long waits while they went off to do something else and they focused on my son. They communicated clearly every step of the way what was happening and what would happen next. My son had to be admitted for surgery on his finger and this was sorted out quickly and we saw the doctor who would be doing the surgery within a short time. They all made my son feel at ease and confident that all would be ok.
