"Poor communication from staff"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

I feel the people in The NHS working in certain wards are really heartless why? The service my family and current family is receiving and I have recorded information and kept a log may expose heartlands for more flaws. However I don't want to do this just like that. Like everyone we are entitled to receive like staff themselves treatment and care. Everything from the service at A and E to the various bays on other wards has been revolting.

I for sake of evidence collecting and safety due to staff treatment wont say much now but ill monitor the treatment my friends and family receive.

I also have a colleague who covers Birmingham regional areas I have already informed him he has asked me observe behaviour from now on within certain units within the hospital.
