"Emergency care"

About: New Cross Hospital

I was taken to hospital by ambulance following losing consciousness during an attack of irregular heart beat. The treatment I received was excellent, all the staff were supportive, efficient and I felt well cared for. I spent the day there awaiting test results and received meals and drinks at regular intervals . My needs were met at all times and I was encouraged to request further help should I need it. I could see that staff were very busy but they treated all the patients in a pleasant and friendly manner.
