"Beneden and hip replacment"

No problems with this hospital , the problem was after treatment,from our local Doctors nurses. It was traumatic even getting a dressing changed.The local Doctor never processed our paper work correctly and my husband got a rather large bill from this Hospital. We were in a position to pay, but the fault lay in the National health procedures ,and the Local Doctors lack of information. She needs another hip and they are still messing it up!. Cant believe it is still going on. The local Doctors leave it to there untrained reception staff to process the paper work , but bless them they can't cope. This area needs to be more efficient . Beneden Hospital was great, efficient and wonderfully clean, gave me a lot of confidence about the hip replacement.
