"They are selective of who they want as a patient"

About: Spire Southampton Hospital

I recently have been admitted to the Southampton general hospital. I requested a transfer to the spire. Long story short, after three days trying to arrange this, me, my partner and the specialist gave up as the spire Southampton made it as difficult as possible to get admitted. Each time they got a new excuse and then after the specialist tried to resolve the issue, they came up with another brilliant excuse. My suggestion is that spire should make it clear from the start if they don't want you as a patient, rather then wasting my time and the time of the specialist.
