"Day Surgical Unit 1"

I would just like to thank all the staff on this Day Unit for the treatment I received on Friday 12th September 2014, Everyone was so very nice one could not fault them from the Receptionist Nurses & Theatre staff I had wonderful service. The surgeon explained exactly the procedure plus the time it would take (I had a local anaesthetic) the 45 mins passed very quickly, I found it very interesting being in Theatre & being awake! Another doctor assisted him, they were all so nice to me the operation was on my face & I was warned as how I would look afterwards. They even had the prescription there with my name on which saved a visit to the Pharmacy! I was told to be there at 1.00pm was in theatre at 2.00pm & phoning my husband to collect me by 3.20pm. Incredible service! What a lovely Day Surgical Unit it is just like being in a Private Ward.! Thank you all so very much for your treatment to me. Yours sincerely Valerie Wearing.
