I can honestly say I was very impressed with the level of service I received when I had a recent visit for a recent MRI scan. From being greeted at the reception desk with a big smile and none of my questions being a problem to actually get to the correct department and again finding the people very helpfully and informative. The nurse explained there was a 5 mins delay and I thought here we go it will be 20 mins but it actually was 5 mins! Whilst walking through the hospital I thought it looked very clean and tidy. Keep up the good work.
