What I liked

The staff were very helpful; the surgery was on time and there were no complications. I felt completely in safe hands due to the clear explanations beforehand.

What could be improved

I felt sorry for the staff at night as there were so few and therefore I could not always get attention for pain relief.

I did not like sharing a ward with men and some people that were incredibly noisey and very, very unwell and therefore seemed to have extreme needs.

Anything else?

I feel I had excellent care; so much so that I wrote a personal letter to the consultant.
