"South West Ambulance Service in Cornwall"

My husband and I would like to thank the Cornwall Ambulance Service for their most professional and efficient treatment service last night. I called them because my husband (an insulin dependent diabetic) was having a ‘hypo’ bm of 1. 3. they kept me on the line while the paramedic vehicle was on its way from Saltash to Looe, giving reassuring advice. Considering the distance he arrived very quickly, and was quickly administering glucose solution through an iv line. A back up ambulance crew arrived as well. Their efficiency and professionalism was mixed with great support and good humour. After making sure my husband was back to proper levels and reassuring me that if anything should worry me to call again. They were gone. Thank you to the whole team.
