About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

As the main page of information to this walk in center said that it would deal with eye injury we decided to use it. We did not wait long to get seen but were told to go to Mayday as they have an eye injury department. So not a worth while trip. Please go to Mayday for any eye related problems not Purley.

We are sorry to learn that you had a wasted journey, but hope that the Eye Unit at Croydon University Hospital was able to help. The Minor Injuries Unit at Purley War Memorial Hospital is run by AT Medics, a GP-led company, and we will check with them to try and make the service information on our web site clearer on what eye injuries they can deal with there.
