"Patient transport & patient notes from Trafford General & Wythenshawe"

I was having a procedure at Trafford General. When it came to them getting my notes from Wythenshawe Hospital they had to be brought by taxi. The cost to the NHS must be really high with things like this.

I'd deliberately gone early for this appointment at Trafford General, but because the notes arrived late, I was seen late and afterwards had to sit for a long time and walk down a corridor in the dark because everyone had gone home. This was unpleasant. On top of this, the patient transport didn't turn up.
