What I liked

The general area was well lit.

What could be improved

When you enter an area, such as Fracture Clinic. It would be helpful to be told how long you are going to be waiting. Also if in the case of my wife, who was a new patient. Not to sit for an hour and then be told you need to go for a x-ray. Where she had to wait another possible 45mins to hour. In this day of technology. Would not a system of a screen telling people where they are in the queue to see the specialist and the wait time. People that attend hospital are normally not well and having to sit and wait not knowing the wait time is not helpful.

Anything else?

Overall I think the view is got to be taken that patients are customers and that the service you give is on the same basis as you would get if you where out in business market. Told up front the time its going to take and not try and keep people waiting.
