Reception staff could not differentiate priorities of service and maintained not to communicate changes in condition needing instant treatment like breathing assistance from medical staff. No privacy at discussing treatment.Poor medical communication skill. Abrupt doctor and A&E receptionist. Arrived in A&E 19 hrs and left department at 00.15 .
