I had two moles removed from my face by a plastic surgeon at Northern General Hospital in February. Everything went lovely. The only thing I could fault would be the communication. As the first time I went for the operation it was cancelled and I was not informed at all. So my partner and I wasted money and time off work. The second time I was phoned the day before to come at 7am instead of 1.30pm and the surgeon had not been informed. But regardless of this they sorted it out straight away.
