My daughter is waiting to have an operation on her ear , which she will possibly have to cancel as nobody answers the phone and there is no one to consult any more since the change in the appointment system, with an on going ear infection which without the treatment to clear it up the operation can not go ahead. Results came through over 2 weeks ago, and she is still waiting , who is there she can actually speak to, her consultant rang her himself but to actually speak to any one else all she gets is extensions and then no one answers, I think the system has just gone down hill and is getting worse.
