certain staff act really irresponsible. When there is a cancellation from the patients side they record it, however no cancellations from the staff are ever recorded. twice I was given the address of the wrong block and had to wait for the doc for an hour each to realize that the doc had msgd me the wrong block because of which, appointments were cancelled. The doc was out of station for 2 weeks and without informing me fixed another appointment. Then the doc calls me saying why didn't you come. It is such an irresponsible behavior. Today I was told that my case is discharged due to many cancellations just coz I cancelled today's appointment due to my exams.
