I went to A & E on August 18th and whereas I have no issues about the staff who were professional and efficient, my kind friend and I endured around five hours waiting on your incredibly uncomfortable chairs in a passage by some curtained off partitions. The chairs were wooden and attached to each other, and I do feel that when you are buying furniture for people who are inevitably going to wait a long time, comfort ought to be a key priority. May I suggest that the people that order these items actually sit on these chairs for a while, and having found that they are extremely uncomfortable perhaps choose one which doesn't make you feel as though you are getting pressure sores after sitting on them for a while? I am also surprised that in a nearly new hospital there isn't a better sitting area instead of patients having to keep moving their feet to accommodate passing trolleys, people etc. in a busy passage.
