"Thank God for the NHS"

I cut my hand deeply while washing up on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone at the unit was really helpful and calm (I was in a bit of shock) and I was seen almost immediately. My laceration was stitched and strapped with great efficiency and kindness and I was back home in less than two hours, including travel.
