I'm sure the Paul Sykes Centre will be very good if I ever finally get there, but I have been unable to find any directions on the internet, and when I phone to ask where it is, I get transferred to a number which is never answered.

Dear Ms Tudor I am sorry that you have had such problems finding the Paul Sykes Centre. On the Trust’s website there are directions to St James’s Hospital and a map of the hospital site which shows the location of the Paul Sykes Centre on the following pages http://www.leedsth.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/our-hospitals/st-james-university-hospital/how-to-find-us/ I agree with you that the Paul Sykes Centre is not easy to find. Following your posting we are looking at improving this information on our website. I will also look into the problems you encountered ringing the Paul Sykes Centre.
