It makes me chuckle when I read all these storied about how bad the NHS is. I've just taken one of my employees to A&E after he hurt himself on the car park. The staff were quick, considerate, efficient, and communicative throughout the whole process. Both with the patient, and surprisingly, with me (within certain limits). Everyone seemed happy and cheerful and this made the whole place seem like a very positive place. I'm grateful I don't require their services very frequently, but each and every member of staff that I've seen and spoken to today has been an absolute credit to the hospital as a whole. Thanks very much everyone :o)
