"Very bad maternity experience"

I had a very bad experience at newham general. My water burst, I went to the check up ward and the receptionist left me waiting for two hours. I was seen after 3 hours because they did not have staff. I was told to come back within 24 hours, which I went back slightly earlier due to pain. A midwife checked me and said I was in labour and will be keeping me in. I was told to wait for a bed, which took 5 hours to be ready. I was in constant pain, walking up DNS down the ward without any support, after 5 hours, I asked for the bed and due to shift changes of staff, they forgot about me and I nearly had my baby at reception.
