"Doctors nice, reception and appointments dreadful"

The helpline never answers, letters are sent to the wrong address, inconsistency with other Rheumatology facilities elsewhere. From entering the clinic the first thing you will see is a moody face looming over the counter. Then into the waiting room for a few sweaty hours, and off to see the doctors. They are the best bit about the unit, along with the (majority) or the nurses, however some can be rude. If possible, I'd recommend finding somewhere else to receive treatment which is a shame because the doctors themselves are good.
