"St Josephs Ward"

I cannot thank the wonderful staff on St Josephs ward enough for the oustanding level of care I was given following a full hip replacement at the start of July 2014. From the very moment I arrived on the ward I was made to feel relaxed, welcome and cared for by all of the staff on the ward. The Nurse who admitted me was excellent in her manner and did all she could to ensure that I was comfortable, had all I needed and explained the ward layout etc and answered all of my questions with clarity and kindness. Although all of the ward staff were obviously very busy all of the time they were without exception cheerful,caring and attentive. The whole ward area was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were vigilant about hygiene and hand washing after patient contact. The staff on St Josephs ward are an oustanding example of professional nursing care at the very highest level.
