"Small complaint"

On arriving at Bassetlaw Hospital Reception Desk, I was surprised to see a long queue of patients which I joined. We then had to wait about 20 minutes before being attended to, as there was only one position open at the time. Later, when other positions were opened, the queue disappeared. As a result of waiting some people would be late for their appointment, I was lucky my doctor was running late.

Every aspect afterward, being met by a nurse and doctor went smoothly - a lovely hospital. An outpatient visit.
