i arrived at the A&E department with my 5year old. The service in the children's department was relatively quick, very efficient and caring and supportive. All the staff were very helpful and gave us time and compassion. X-ray was a very rapid and pleasant experience too, with very caring and supportive staff. We were transferred to ward 10, where the night shift staff were generous with time and attention. My daughter received her operation on her broken arm late in the evening. The surgery team were excellent, efficient but friendly. Ward staff could not be faulted. Overall an excellent experience, marred only by the lack of directions for my parents to find us on the ward the next day. A huge thanks to you and all your co-workers.
