"All wards have been good except A5"

This review is based on my dad's ongoing treatment at this hospital, I must say that NCCU ward was amazing! My dad shortly went to a ward call A5-this was shocking, I understand that we are having cut backs. But the duty of care was not there! My dad was so dehydrated that he was seeing things, they also informed me that he refused to eat , however he could not reach his good as he is bed bound and still is, all the nurse could say was sorry. To top it off they did not change his pad (poo) for two days horrified! He is now in j2 (a lot happier)
