You are clearly unhappy with your experience, stating that our communication could be improved. Yet, in being critical of our service, you have given us no indication of what the problem was and why you feel we have let you down.

If you are willing to let us know why you have concerns about the care you received, then we would happily look in to it on your behalf. All you need do is send us an e-mail with the details to patcomplaints.enh-tr@nhs.net.

Of course when anyone is unhappy with the care they have received at any of our hospitals, we always encourage them to raise them with the senior nurse in charge of that area, or to speak with one of our duty matrons. If nothing else, if we have got something wrong then at least it gives us an opportunity to say sorry in person.
