My first visit to the reception area two weeks that I went to was very busy. Even though all the nurses where working hard one nurse stood out. The nurse kept going out of her way to help people who had just arrived, or been waiting a long time, keeping patients informed, and keeping the flow going. Even while I was there two other people approached her to thank her for the extra help she provided. She was non stop on her feet, keeping the flow going and helping everyone even other nurses. I went back to your hospital this week and dropped by to see her and get the nurses name and to say thank you and give nice feedback. She is an amazing member of staff, and that's not to say the other nurses are not, they too are very good.... But that day the nurse stood out to me. So would like to say thank you!
"Amazing staff, work very hard, great hospital"
