"Op and Outpatient Appt"

The op is clearly unsuccessful. Had follow up/review outpatient appointment and rushed from work to get there on time. Appointment letter just had clinic name and so had to ask 3 times which clinic A - Z? and was directed to the wrong one initially Got there on time and was not told the clinic was running late on arrival or whilst waiting Seen 40 minutes after my appointment time and no apology for the wait Clinician thought the op was OK and I do not need to be seen again Came outside and made an appointment with my GP to start all over again Very upset and dissatisfied with whole process
