"Excellent treatment at CRH's A & E Department"

I was referred to the A&E Dept by the 111 service after cutting my finger badly. When the triage nurse removed my bandage the wound was spurting blood. A doctor promptly attended to the wound and inserted 9 stitches. The treatment was expertly carried out and I did not feel any pain. A Health Care Assistant then fitted a dressing. The whole process was carried out within 1hr 15 minutes of my arrival on a Saturday morning. I am very grateful for the treatment that I received.
