"The A&E team have been excellent"

My mother had a very bad fall crossing the road and was admitted to A&E with a head injury and other very bad bruising The team in A&E have been excellent in terms of the care given thus far and their ongoing observation of her condition. Friendly, Caring and Professional is how I would describe them all. The general state of the hospital in terms if it's appearance and cleanliness could do with a bit of attention especially around the skirting of the floor, but the care Mum has received thus far overcomes this issue and if volunteers are required for a weekend if special cleaning I would be willing to assist. Thanks to all for their patience, help and care.
