About: Northwick Park Hospital

I went with my son who had broken his hand and i was impressed with the lovely nursing and radiographer we were seen by a nurse in the urgent care centre Xrayed and had a cast put on all in 2and a half hours which was brilliant now for the bad news we where then sent to the reception desk to make an appointment for the fracture clinic iwhich was to be made 7-10 days later the receptionist said the next appt was not for 3 weeks when i asked if that would be ok for my son to wait her response was" thats the next appt what do you want me to do about it, isaid i was just saying as i was wondering if it was ok to leave her repsone was" Well wait another 2 hours and ask the DR do you want the appiontment or not " her attitude was very uncaring and i was very upset by this experience, they are certain ways to says things and this lady needs some training in caring i think she may be in the wrong job. I really dont think anyone should be shown such a lack of caring from a person employed to work in the NHS
