"Best and worst"

You hear so much good and bad about the nhs we weren't sure what to expect from ward 17. It was both good and and bad. Some of the doctors and nurses were absolutely kind and professional doing everything to make things easy as possible doing a fantastic job / a credit to the nhs. Others, were uncaring and ignorant appearing to make every effort to undo the good work of their colleagues. The consultant especially was rude and insensitive to our child's problem / not listening to anything, tutting, yawning, aggressive, clock watching and generally crass / an exceptionally bad example to the junior staff. She should ask herself if she's in the right job maybe she's better suited to ppi telesales. Ward 17 is a microcosm of the best and worst of the health service - share what's good about it and remove what's bad about it - you could fix the nhs.
