"Do not use this clinic,"

I was referred to this clinic by my doctor for a skin problem. I took the day off work made my was all the way to Kettering for my appointment but when the doctor I saw was an eye doctor and not a skin doctor so I left. Then I had to make another appointment to see a skin doctor this I did and a few weeks on a bank holiday Monday. Once I realised it was a bank holiday I phoned early in the morning to confirm my appointment. And was told yes my appointment was for that day at 3.30 . I once again took the day off work made my way over to Kettering only to be told by the receptionist that the doctor I was to see was not there today. But I complained that I had phoned in that very morning to confirm and was told all was ok with my appointment for that day. After much complaining I went home and was promised someone would sort it out and phone me the following day. I did get a phone call the following day by a gentleman he asked me what the problem was that I had encountered I told him and he promised to sort it and phone me back, I never got any phone call. So as far as I am concerned I advise you to try any other clinic but certainly not this one , I lost 2 days wages plus travelling expenses , I was also messed about and lied to.
