What I liked

I was seen immediately by A and E staff and the care was excellent. I was later transferred to a ward where all the nusing staff were excellent, lots of smiles and amasing sense of humours which made my spirits lift,. It was such a shame that 1 staff whose manner and lack of respect for myself and the pain she caused me ruined my stay.It was also noticed by my next of kin who also commented on how rough and oblivious to my discomfort she was. A smile here and there and a "sorry" would have gone a long way. The domestic staff on the ward worked tirelessly to keep the ward clean and chatted with patients too, they were wonderful.
