"Treated badly"

About: Northern General Hospital

April apt at limb center with a doctor, had cosmetic arm / hand made, but too large for my small size. The doctor said I could always wear a glove on it if I didn't like it. He refused to admit that it is too large and bulky, I was dismissed and left extremely distressed and upset that I could be told to put a glove on it! I shouldn't have been spoken too in that way at all.
