"Friendly, professional, efficient, a Big Thank you..."

My son needed to see a Urologist urgently and we were refered to Frimley. Every single person we met from the receptionist to the nurses and finally the doctor who treated him were fantastic. They were friendly and professional, we were seen very quickly and given very clear information on which to base our decision. The Urologist, was brilliant with my 12 year old son, and explained a very difficult situation in a straight forward, compassionate way, which enabled us to make the right decision. I hear lots of people moaning about the NHS, but our experience has been brillliant. Thank you very much.
