I tried to ring Pain clinic 10/03/09 - no reply

11/03/09 1110 ASKED TO BE PUT THROUGH TO PAIN CLINIC - BEEN HOLDING ON NOW FOR 19 MINUTES - JUST TO CANCEL APPT I cant make - no wonder so many people don't turn up for booked appts - they've probably tried to cancel them but got fed up waiting

What could be improved

answer the phone/ provide an email address
