I was having chest pains so my wife rang for ambulance and they arrived within 5 minutes. The paramedics dealt with me very pleasantly and professionally. Another crew turned up and took me to Bath R. U. H. Where I was treated with the the same care. I have never had any issues with the care from NHS staff all the times (not often) my wife and I have needed emergency care. Thank you.
