What I liked

The waddington ward. It is very clean and tidy and somehow less depressing than the Alexandra Short Stay ward that my mother was first placed in.

What could be improved

Communication between the doctors/consultants/nurses and communication to us, the family, concerning my mothers condition, treatment and prognosis.

Anything else?

Once we have collated all our experiences we will be making an official complaint. It won't do much for my mum but we hope it might save another elderly and frail person from being put through what my mother has been through.
