"Hedgehog ward lack of trained staff"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

There seems to recent changes in staff allocated and lack of staff for regular treatment. well experienced staff who used to facilitate patients during regular treatment are no longer to be seen in the ward or other wards on the same floor . new staff members who are there for assistance are not well versed with the requirements of regular patients and with lack of staff in the ward has been a challenge to get the treatment and it's a burden on the patient who are left in the hands of few inexperienced staff. It's a shame that such changes are not should also come to the attention of parents who are bringing their child for regular treatment and the ward should consider increasing the number of staff or the least have experienced nurses for regular treatment. kindly note that as the father , I have spent years with my child in many hospitals , not every patient is the same and there are patient's who needs are unique demanding specialist care whilst at the ward ! Please respect the needs of such patients
