What could be improved

communication, between all staff and especially patients. handover in front of patient so they can be aware of plan, if and when there is one. but most importantly so they can point out, the plan is for the wrong patient!

waiting 45 mins for a nurse to respond to the nurse call!!

Anything else?

watching elderly patients having food put in front of them, and not being fed was the most distressing thing i have seen. equally listening to them begging for help was heart breaking. if you could not care for your own needs, you were really neglected
