(as a relative),

My dad has been having investigations via Cardiology. Things have been fine so far. The Specialty Registrar was good and other staff have been generally courteous and efficient.

Small observation... There is a leaking water cooler in Cardiology outpatients that should be fixed. Can you also ask staff please not to refill their own water bottles directly from the dispenser? It's not hygienic.
