What I liked
I have regular treatment at the Pain Clinic, which is good. My last treatment was Nov 5, and I am supposed to see the consultant to assess results and go on the list for a repeat. As of March 10 do not even have an appointment to see the consultant. I have been through this before and made a complaint which they took 6 months to answer. There is nil communication with waiting patients.
What could be improved
Tell people what is happening.
