About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

I attended clinic 11 my appointment time was 11 oclock, I left the hospital at 18.45.I felt the hospital was very poorly organised.I still came home having not had all the tests done that were needed.I shall be visiting this hospital on a regular basis and hope any future visits will be less stressful and not as time consuming.Also I found the reception staff quite rude and very unhelpful.

I'm sorry to hear this. We know we have a problem with the length of time that some patients have to wait once they arrive for their appointments and are working to fix this. Although some waiting is inevitable to allow for the various tests to be done and to take effect, it shouldn't take as long as it did for you. I, too, hope that your future visits go rather more smoothly.
