"mixed feelings, depends on department and time of..."

Very mixed feelings about this hospital as I've been so many times with my mum, she has several problems, the a n e in the daytime are so nice but when it comes to night staff it is a completely different picture, they are nasty and don't seem to care, as for ward 7 they couldn't do enough even though they were busy, but having different doctors saying different things. Like one minute you need the pain killers so you can go and the next minute they don't even care about how you get on at home, it really depends what day you go and what time you go, but the night staff in a n e need to buk their ideas up and find a different job if they cant be caring enough and help, I just expect a bad attitude from all doctors and most nurses nowadays so when they are caring it makes me feel safe alot happier for my mum,
