For the first time I used the online appointment service and it is excellent. Although I rarely had to wait long for the telephone to be answered in the past, I now know that I can go online and make an appointment with no possibility of waiting. Also, I presume I can now make an appointment 24/7.
Also, there's a space to give the doctor advance warning of why I'm making the appointment.
