"Poor experience in UCC and pharmacy"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I visited the UCC on month of feb 2014 with bleeding .Doctor in UCC informed me that I have a ruptured cyst and I should get back to my GP for further management. Was scared so rushed to UCC in another hospital and that doctor said I am perfectly fine .scan revealed everything normal.Just wondering how can she be a assessing doctor in UCC with this poor knowledge. The medicines she prescribed never arrived at home after being charged.poor communication by pharmacy staff as well and after two months I had to call back and get my refund.
